Rotech’s latest Feeder 150-60 was the solution for a leading multinational cosmetics company when they were faced with soaring demand for their products, but a major problem with damage to their cartons on their existing overprinting equipment.

The Rotech machine employs a PTFE-impregnated, hardened top plate and Tufnol feeder plate designed in such a way that no marks are made on the cartons as they are fed through the machine. An added bonus was that the Feeder 150 was able to give an 6-fold increase in output.

Rotech were also able to advise on an supply an alternative type system and grade of gold hot foil tape that produced a sharper, more permanent print at the same time as reducing the cost of these key coding consumables.
